Meng Wang, Senior Geologist of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Meng is one of the founders of YES. He served as the vice president of YES Network for the term of 2008-2010, 2010-2012, and became the YES president since 2012. He is actively promoting cooperation between YES and other organizations from all over the world.
Josephine Uushona

Josephine Uushona is a senior geoscientist at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, Department of Geological Survey, in addition to her work she is actively involved in science outreach programs. Josephine holds a BSc (Hon) in Chemistry and Applied Geology and has great interest in science communication.
Patricio G. Villafañe

Patricio G. Villafañe is a Geologist and Ph.D. student from National University of Tucumán (Argentina) and has a M.Sc. in Applied Paleontology from the University of Valencia (Spain). Currently, he is working on the geological and paleoenvironmental implications of the modern microbialites of La Puna and its comparison with fossil analogs deposits. This work is carried out at the Laboratory of Microbiological Research of Lagunas Andinas (LIMLA—Tucumán, Argentina) PROIMI–CONICET, and in the Higher Institute of Geological Correlation (INSUGEO—Tucumán, Argentina)—CONICET.
Dr. Shib Sankar Ganguli

Dr. Shib Sankar Ganguli received his Master’s degree in Applied Geophysics (2011) from Indian School of Mines (now IIT (ISM)), Dhanbad and Ph.D. in Geophysics (2016) from Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) implemented at CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research)-National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI), Hyderabad, India. At present, he is working as a Scientist at the Institute. Prior to joining this position, he served as Inspire Faculty at the Department of Earth Sciences in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur from Jan, 2017 to Nov, 2018 after receiving the highly competitive and prestigious award “DST Inspire Faculty” by Dept. of Science & Tech. (DST), Govt. of India. He was previously a Visiting Researcher at SINTEF Petroleum Research, Norway. Besides, he has successfully completed the Graduate Program by SEG/ExxonMobil Student Education Program (SEP)-2015, held in Prague, Czech Republic
Xia Wang

Xia Wang is now an PhD candidate of University of Potsdam in Germany. She received her bachelor and master’s degree from the China University of Geosciences Wuhan. She is studying the reef system within the Permian-Triassic transition, from the perspectives of carbonate sedimentology and palaeoecology. Xia is actively promoting the international scientific cooperation on geosciences and was involved in joint projects between institutes of China and Germany.
Zélio Chaúque

Zélio Chaúque is a junior professional with honors degree in Geology from Eduardo Mondlane University in Mozambique. He recently worked for ENI as explorationist for area A5A in Mozambique.
Gani Mavlyanov

Gani Mavlyano is now a Researcher in Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering geology at Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Before that he worked in the State Institute of inventory and the structure and geometry information, and LTD “GEOECOLOGY” engineer geology. He received a BSc (Hon) degree from National University of Uzbekistan and did his master’s study in Russian State Geological Prospecting University named after Sergo Ordzhonikidze, and National University of Uzbekistan
